Sustainable cooking solutions is concerned with building the capacity of the community members living in Uganda in better sanitation and environmental management practices for sustainable social economic development. Acknowledges that Better practices of wastes and garbage disposal are an essential ingredient for social and economic development.
The wastes and garbage can be recycled and used as a resource of cooking energy for the people living in Uganda. Source in form of biomass fuel briquettes an alternative of the very expensive cooking charcoal, gas and fire wood thus reducing on deforestation which is caused by insufficient improved source of fuel in Uganda. Recycling the wastes into fuel can also act as an income generating activity.
Forward it focuses on building the capacity of the community members living in Uganda in a better sanitation and environmental management practices for sustainable social economic development. This is due to the realization of continued poor sanitation Caused by luck of enough space, luck of better environmental practice of garbage and waste disposal as a result of the densely populated community has remained a big threat to mankind.
